Ranging from driving, country flavoured songs to punchy blues and rock-tinged numbers to soulful songs of reflection.Owen, with his improvised approach, adds a mellifluous second voice on tenor or soprano saxophone to Cass’s melodies. The result is a unique musical understanding built from a long standing working relationship.They play together in a variety of genres and have developed a deep empathy over the years.
